I’m in love with this little entry foyer table, with it’s rope legs, and pineapple details. I chose Teal Lake for it, after using this color on a recent Custom Order and loving it! I knew that some mocha glaze layered on top would really make the details stand out. This would be perfect in your entry foyer, in a hallway or maybe even a nightstand in your guest bedroom.

Bombay Foyer Table
Semi-circle Entry Table
This solid cherry table was unfortunately given a few (too many) coats of glossy black paint. I smoothed out all the brush strokes, stripped all the paint off the top, gave the top a rustic driftwood colored stain, and updated the base with a beautiful sea foam blue color. The pull was updated with stainless steel colored paint.
It’ll be perfect for an entry foyer, a nightstand, or even as a TV stand. Can’t you just picture this in your beach house?!

Maple nightstand
I really wish you could see the pretty color of this solid maple nightstand. It’s a super soft blueish-green, but the addition of the mocha glaze makes it look a little white in the pics. I distressed the edges, just lightly, wear you would normally get a little wear n’ tear over the years. And the whole piece was waxed, to give it a nice soft sheen. New pulls and knobs brings the style into the new millennium!

Large nightstand / Small dresser
When I saw this dresser I knew it would make the perfect nightstand. The trend right now is to use small dressers as nightstands, and to mix them with other small tables. To go for the mismatched look. This small dresser would be a perfect fit in a bedroom that’s going for this look!
I chose a really soft, pale grayish blue, and gave it some very light distressing. It was finished off with 2 coats of wax which gives it a soft sheen. Not only is the piece great for a master bedroom, but it would also work as a dresser in a child or baby’s room. Or maybe you want to live on the edge and use it as a sideboard in your dining room. So many possibilities!

Round Mahogany Side Table
Vintage mahogany side table. Lots of beautiful details on this one. This shade of yellow is perfect….it’ll add a subtle pop of color, but can also read as a neutral for those of us who are sc’rd by color. The light distressing makes the fancy details stand out. It would work perfectly in so many rooms…..in the living room as an end table, in the bedroom as a nightstand, or even in the babies’ room, next to your rocker!

Square Mahogany Ottoman
This square mahogany ottoman has a nice thick cushion on top. The fabric had seen better days but now it’s the best looking ottoman on the block! I gave it a bright white paint job (with a hint of distressing), and a vibrant punch of color with the yellow and white fabric. I can think of so many uses for this little gem….relax and put your feet upon it, use it as extra seating when friends stop by, or even a great seat for your makeup table. But I think it would look SO perfect in a nursery!

Red Dresser
I love, love, love this dresser. A customer brought it to me with this picture as inspiration:

Storage ottoman
Oh my. The fabric that was on this poor ottoman…..I’m not even sure I can put it into words. And the fringe? Ugh. But luckily I could see past all that. It just so happens that I had just bought some gorgeous blue ikat fabric to recover my own vintage platform rocker. But now, sadly, that project is going on the back burner because the fabric will be perfect for this roomy ottoman.

Pair of simple, pine nightstands
This cute little set of matching nightstands were brought to me by a customer who’s redoing her guest bedroom. They’re simple and understated and all they required was a little extra pop! I did that by painting the bases a bright white, staining the tops a custom mixed stain, to match the beige color in her new bedding (see below), and then adding some new bling, by way of some oil rubbed bronze & glass knobs. From blah, to beautiful!
