Oh, this poor little coffee table. It’s definitely been through the mill…..a chewed off corner, nailpolish, scratches, you name it. But nothing some epoxy, wood filler and a little sanding can’t cure.
After fixing all those little problems, I painted it an amazing, pale aqua. It’s hard to see the color in my pics, but it’s a really pretty, not too dark, not too light, shade. I kept the original oil rubbed bronze hardware because it looked perfect with the paint color. It turned out a little beachey, a little shabby chic, and maybe even a little Pottery Barn.
Use it as a traditional coffee table, or maybe throw your TV on top and it becomes an ultra chic media stand. The 4 drawers provide tons of storage, and the casters on the bottom make it super easy to slide around.
