This 5-piece dining set had seen better days. Lots of daily use had taken a toll. Not to mention the colors were feeling a bit dated. My customer wanted to use it in her dining room and knew she wanted a white/gray combo but didn’t know exactly how to incorporate that. Our solution? To lighten it up and change the color scheme. The top and the 4 chairs were painted gray. The table skirt and pedestal went white. We used a cool gray that complimented the darker gray on her walls.

Country Farm Table
My customer’s table was a great size for her breakfast nook, but the table had some deep scratches across the top, and the leaf was a completely different color. I filled the scratches, and then color matched it to her existing dining chairs.

Pine Country Table w/Drawer
This country pine kitchen table, from Southern Furniture, was updated with some canvas colored paint, a tiny bit of distressing, and a really cute, vintage looking knob on the drawer. I painted these chairs the same color, and they make the perfect set for your kitchen or breakfast nook!
This table has a handy little drawer in one end. It’s the perfect place to stash your napkins so that they’re within reach, but out of sight.

Pine Farmhouse Coffee Table
Simple farmhouse style coffee table. Solid pine. This one just screamed to be painted and distressed! I gave it a few coats of a creamy antique white, called Casa Blanca, from Sherwin Williams, and then distressed the edges just a little. It also got a thin pinstripe of glaze right in the groove on the top edge. So cute!
