Solid Oak Vintage Dresser
One of my customer’s was able to get her hands on this amazing, solid oak, vintage dresser and she knew a good thing when she saw it. All it needed was a fresh color and some new knobs! She settled on this beautiful grayish green color from Sherwin Williams called Oyster Bay. After adding some new crystal knobs, the piece was a knockout!

I can picture it nestled next to a foyer table in an entry way, as a great place to sit and put your shoes on. Or maybe sitting in the corner of your dining room, for when you need a little extra seating. Then there’s always the old stand by – using it as a desk chair. I painted the chair a neutral sand color, and then distressed the edges just a bit to give it some dimension. The fabric is burlap-colored (but soft!), with teal blue design.

Antique mahogany drop leaf table
This cute little side table was screaming out for a modern update. The old look was right at home in your grandparent’s house. But the new, lighter color scheme will look perfect in any modern home. I added a pale taupe paint and whitewashed. The drawer pull was updated with glossy jet black paint.
